Customer First At Guard Security we firmly believe in Customer Service. All our Security Supervisors receive Training on the Institute of Leadership and Management Courses in order to develop their motivational and man management skills. We also provide Customer Service Training with NVQ Opportunities.

All Security Officer training consists of a full induction into Guard Security procedures and policies, followed by a BTEC EDEXCEL Level 2 qualification in Security Operations (SIA approved training course) Conflict Management Level 2 and the completion of the Enhanced CRB check and the relevant applications for the SIA License. We are currently funding personnel on the essential skills courses and the team leadership courses (Institute of Leadership and Management- ILM) giving all Security Officers a wide spectrum of choice in career development.

We specialise in the provision of professional security personnel to local and national customers across all sectors throughout the UK. Our Officers are at the front line and represent both Guard Security and our Customers, which is why we invest so much in them through training and management support. They are encouraged to excel in their positions and, as a result, are well motivated, not just to deliver service excellence, but also to establish an association with our customers
