At Guard Security, we realise that if the Client’s requirements are ever to be met, or even surpassed, then communication between Guard Security and our Clients is essential. By promoting the spirit of partnership through regular Client liaison meetings, we ensure that every concern and query is dealt with and our service is constantly being updated in line with our Client’s demands. Also, the use of Security Officer Evaluation and Customer Service Feedback documents (part of the Customer Site Pack) and service legal agreement criteria aids our Company in measuring assessment standards. As a result, both parties can evaluate the efficiency of the service.
